Flowering Rain Boots Bundle - Springtime Fun!

Spring is such a great time of year!  Sharing an adorable card today made with this bundle of Stampin' Up! products -

#157691  Flowering Rain Boots Bundle   $49.50*

I had such fun playing with these products - and today I'm sharing one of the fancy fold cards I made with it.  If you are on facebook - watch my video on how it was created here - www.facebook.com/CrazyStampingLady/videos/1598508410505437

So here's my Angled Gate-fold card -
Aren't those little rainboots just adorable stamped onto the Abstract Beauty DSP and then cut out.  Brings back a memory of my oldest daughter, Jenee, when she was about 2 - she had a pair of white rubber boots and they were her favorite - she wanted to wear them all the time.  I think it was because they were really easy for her to get on and off - but I can still picture her wearing them.
Here's the inside of the card, once you remove the belly band -
plenty of room to write your message in.  I hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed making it.

SF-2022 April Blog Hop - All About the Flowers!

Be sure to hop through all the blogs on the list near the bottom for tons of wonderful inspiration as we Celebrate an April, All About the Flowers!
 ~*~*~*~*~

This month is all about projects that are going to be packed full of FLOWERS.   So for my first card I made this beautiful "springy" card using the Sentimental Swirls stamp set from the current January - June 2022 mini catalog.

#157996     Sentimental Swirls     $22.00

The polka dot DSP is from the Annual catalog hostess paper - Pattern Party - just color in a few of your dots to match the colors of your card - that makes it so versatile.

My flowers were stamped, colored and punched out with the Strawberry Builder punch; and pushed down in the center onto a foam mat to give them some dimension.  Attach them with glue dots, and add gems to get some beautiful sparkle.

For my 3D project this month - I made a spring floral wreath using an embroidery hoop as my base -

Just punched an assortment of flowers and greenery and added to the hoop with glue dots, then added a few little pieces of ribbon here and there.  I just love how it turned out, and it looked lovely on my wall for Easter.

Hope you liked my April Flower projects!

Paper Crafting Blog Hop April 2022 - Flowers!

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop for April 2022 - featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. We have a wide array of fun projects and design styles to share with you this month - all spotlighting - FLOWERS!

~*~*~*~*~

For my project I made what I think is a beautiful card using the amazing flowers and sentiments from the Art Gallery set in the current annual catalog.

#158201 Art Gallery $22.00*

This is simply a lovely and elegant set - and works with just about any color combination; plus it contains a ton of lovely sentiments. I'm all about scripty fonts in my sentiments - but these are so crisp and clean and stamp perfectly. For my card I used Pale Papaya and Calypso Coral as my main colors.

For my card I added to the set using the coordinating Floral Gallery Dies, Painted Texture 3D embossing folder and a strip of the Waves of the Ocean DSP only available this month and only while supplies last!
#159982   Waves of the Ocean 12x12" DSP   $11.50*

Then I added a small strip of Calypso Coral Cardstock; a small Pale Papaya bow and a couple of the pinkish Polished Dots embellishments from the Jan-June mini.

Of course you can't forget to finish the inside of your card too! The smaller flower from the set is perfect!

I hope you got some inspiration from this card. Thank you so much for stopping by and I would love any comments!
