Paper Pumpkin Possibilities - Full of Charm - June 2025

Welcome to our Paper Pumpkin Possibilities blog hop!  I am so excited to be a part of this team of hoppers sharing alternative designs for each month's Paper Pumpkin kit.  This month's kit is all about the June 2025 Full of Charm kit!!  Hopefully what we show will inspire you.  Be sure to hop all the way through to see what this amazing team has come up with!
~*~*~*~*~

JUNE: Full of Charm
Coordinates with the Floral Charm Suite Collection (item 166141)!
~*~*~*~*~*~
Here are the alternatives I came up with this month.  Hope you like them.

For my first one I once again cut my base apart to get two of the gold foiled layers.  Then cutting it to 4" x 5 1/4" and placing it onto an A2 base of Old Olive.  I then popped up the Berry Burst flowers on dimensionals, which I added after stamping my sentiment.  I like the way the green base makes it pop.
I used the small strip I cut off the bottom of the layer, to finish off my Basic White piece on the inside of the card.
Then, of course I had to finish my envelope to coordinate, as it's the little things that can make your card special.
For my second alternative I decided to change up the look a little more by flipping and trimming the Rose out line piece to that it was white.  I then used my blender brushes to add some Garden Green and Timid Tiger to a strip of Basic White, and adhered them together.  This was popped up on a Soft Seafoam base with an eyelet embossed piece of Pretty in Pink.
For this one I decided to emboss the flap of a non-kit envelope with the eyelet embossing folder to make it look special and coordinate.  I love how different this one turned out from the original kit samples.

I hope you've enjoyed these alternative ideas.  Now be sure to hop through the rest to get some more great inspiration.  Don't forget to leave a comment, as we'd love to hear what you think.

Paper Crafting Blog Hop June 2025 - Masculine projects!

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop for June 2025 - featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. We have a wide array of projects and design styles to share with you this month - and every one of them is spotlighting a masculine theme!

~*~*~*~*~

So, as you all know, masculine cards are difficult for most of us stampers - because we like all the bells and whistles - and most guys don't.  So I pulled out a few basics to see what I could come up with.  I love this Everyday Arches bundle, it's great sentiments and fun images that are very basic.  And, Mossy Meadow is a favorite color for me for masculine cards, so that's where I started.

And here is where it took me - with a few little additions -

I'm really happy with how it came together and with many brothers I can always use just some general cards. I used some Designer Series Paper from the Beautiful Gallery DSP - this page looks like an aerial view map - and to me that went perfect with the planes. So I stamped them on Very Vanilla and fussy cut out and put on with mini dimensionals.  I also added some twine to the sentiment and popped that up to add some more dimension.

That's it - clean, easy lines - not a lot of fluff - it looks pretty masculine to me.  What do you think??  Hope you liked it - now be sure to hop on through to see all the other great creations.
