Click catalog image above to go to PDF link
Here is my sample for inspiration -
It is a case of this card below from page 144 of the annual catalog - but I changed it to a golf card by using the Clubhouse set from the Spring mini.  There is so much inspiration in our catalogs - so this is a great way to use that!
Now it's your turn - pick your catalog card you want to case - make your card - and post to my Facebook page under the Challenge #9 post, no later than Noon, Sunday, May 24th for a chance to win a fun embellishment - good luck!  Also, Please post the catalog page - so we can look and see what you CASED.  Here's the direct link to my FACEBOOK page - just scroll to Challenge #9 - click HERE.  Can't wait to see all your cards.    ~Maureen

Pigment Sprinkles - color your life!

So the Last Chance list is out for Stampin' Up! - it always makes me feel like I have a split personality.  On the one hand - I am sooooo sad to see so many things that I love retire :(  But, on the other hand - I am so excited for all of the new products we will get to purchase and play with soon!!  This year is no different - and one of my favorite items that is retiring is the Pigment Sprinkles.  I just love how fun and vibrant they are - so I wanted to share a few of my projects before they are gone -
A couple of my technique clubs were fortunate enough to get to play with these, but with the COVID-19 shutdown - not all - so I hope they are able to check out this post.  Above is a sampler of the different sprinkle colors.  Below is a copy of the card they get for their binders -
For the last club I did these with - it was their renewal month and we always do a special project - so here are the card the project we made.  This was one that a club member made -
Here are a couple more cards - made in other colors.  The flowers were embossed with black embossing powder, then we added the sprinkles, spritzed them and dried before completing.
I just think they turned out so lovely -
And here are a couple more of the 3D project we made.  These are just Canvases I picked up at the Dollar Store.  We added the pigment sprinkles, spritzed them and let dry.  Once dry we added the cut out images as silhouettes to finish our art work.

You can see in the picture below how we curved some of the butterfly wings to give these some dimension.
These canvases were attached with a few glue dots to the front of an acrylic frame stand - so that we could stand them up on our desks.

I really love how they all turned out and have give a few as gifts.  I hope you like them to.  I'd encourage you to check out the Last Chance list of products available - as supplies are only while supplies last or until the new catalog starts in June - whichever comes first.  There are some great things there - including many on sale - so don't miss out!  ~Maureen

Witty-cisms and Scalloped Notecards

Hey - I did another Facebook Live this week - here's a recap -
For today's video I featured a couple wonderful, but overlooked, products that are on the last chance list (while supplies last).   You can watch the video here - and please if you watch, let me know and comment with some love!
So I wanted to show you some of what we did   -  During the video we made this card.  I showed how it went together and gave some tips.
And I also shared these cards - all made with the Witty-cisms stamp set and the Scalloped Notecards and envelopes.  Same layout -

Then after I made a few of these for boy and girl - this one is going out to my nephew and his wife who just had their second baby boy.

Here they all are - I finished the cards after the video by making 10 more and it took me only about an hour to complete all of them.  Would also be a great gift set to give to a friend!
In case you'd like to duplicate - here is the supply list  -
And the measurements -
Enjoy - smile - be creative and be thankful!  Always Stamping, Maureen

Challenge #7 -  So here is the deal - your card does not have to use Stampin' Up! products - although I would LOVE that.   So, if you don't have these exact colors use ones you have that are as close as possible.  You do not need to use all four colors - but you do need to use at least two of them - and you can add neutrals ie. black, white, vanilla if you like.  If you use all four colors above - you get a bonus entry.  Once done, you need to go to my facebook page search Crazy Stamping Lady - like the page if you have not done so; and post your picture of your card in the comments of the Challenge #5 Post. Here's the direct link to my FACEBOOK page - click HERE.
BONUS OFFER -
And, since I am trying to get as many people as possible to play along - if you invite a friend to play - and they post a picture and mention you invited them - not only will they get an entry - but you'll get a BONUS entry too.  I'll upload an inspiration card to this post - once I make one lol!

Now it's your turn - pick your colors from those above - make your card - and post to my Facebook page no later than Noon, Sunday, May 10 for a chance to win a little prize from me - good luck!  Can't wait to see all your cards.    ~Maureen

First Facebook LIVE on my business page -

Yes, you heard me right - I took the leap and did my first Facebook Live video on my business page - and guess what?  I plan to do a bunch more!  Here's my live Logo -
For today's video I featured the new COVID-19 Give back digital stamp download - as well as the outgoing Mosaic Mood DSP.   You can watch the video here - and please if you watch, let me know and comment with some love!
So I wanted to show you some of what we did today - here's how my set up looked -
Here is a sample card I made prior to going live -
and this is the card I demonstrated during my live

And here are two more I made after the live broadcast ended.

They are all basically the same layout - using sentiments from the COVID-19 giveback set; and that beautiful specialty DSP.  To find out more about this special download - please watch the video - and order at COVID19.stampinup.com   These are such quick and easy cards to make - but I love the way they look - and the sentiments they convey.  I plan to even make some more.

So that's that - there can only be one first - and I thank all of you who watch both live and on the replay and for all of your encouragement!  See you all soon with more stamping fun!  ~Maureen
