FREEBIE during Sale-A-Bration

So I've been talking a lot about Sale-a-bration - but today I want to share one of the FREE items you can get with a $50 purchase during SAB.  This set is called Hello Cupcake and is just so cute!  It has lot of fun images and some awesome sentiments to go with them -
Here is just one example of an adorable card you can make.  It uses our coordinating Gingham Gala DSP from the Occasions catalog.
There are so many more items you can also choose from FREE so be sure to check them out.   In fact the ribbon package was soooo popular it is no longer available (bummer).  There will also be a new release of some additional free options coming on February 15 - so watch for that.  As well as some framelits you can purchase for both the cupcake set above and the froggie set shown below, coming on March 1.

More Occasions Catalog Fun!

So I am simply in love with this beautiful stamp set from page 13 of our new Occasions catalog.  Beauty Abounds is a wonderful name for it - and those BUBBLE images - wow!  Took me only a few minutes to make this beautiful set of notecards - and the impact is amazing.  This notecard size is perfect for this image and these layers.
After stamping the bubble image a few times back and forth (note this image gives you all those different depths of colors with one inking) - I took my Momento Black and stamped the flourish image right over the top of the bubbles - then added the "hello".
Next I took the coordinating marker color and colored in just the flowers to really make them the focal point.  After that, all it took was a few gems and some colored layers on black (which really make the layers stand out) and voila - all done!   These would make a great gift set for a friend, and I can always use "hello" cards!
Hope you got some inspiration for #simplestamping here.  You can check out our catalogs online to see all the great products, as well as what you can qualify for free through March 31, 2019 during Sale-a-bration.

SAB - Precious Parcel Card Kit

So today I'm putting together this adorable card kit that you can get FREE during Sale-a-bration with a $50 merchandise purchase.

This kit is soooo much prettier in person, but hopefully the pictures will do it some justice.

The kit makes eight beautiful cards with really precious retro post looking envelopes - four of each color.  I really love how each card has a slot on the front that a beautiful printed piece of cardstock slips in, as well as a little vintagy looking postage stamp image to attach with a little paper clip, and cute little embossed gold corner stickers - all included.  In fact everything is included - I opened the package and made the kit.  The only thing extra I had to do was cut the vanilla twine, so I did need a scissors lol!
Below you can see the cardstock image pulled out, and it could be used for a bookmark or to write a secret note.
And when you open it up there is another spot for writing.  These would make lovely Valentines, birthday cards - or just thinking of you.
You can check out our catalogs online to see all the great products, as well as what you can qualify for free through March 31, 2019.   Just click HERE and then click on SHOP NOW to see the catalogs.  Or if you'd like an Occasions catalog and Sale-a-bration catalog mailed to you, just let me know.
Thanks for stopping by ~Maureen

Stampin' Friends - All About LOVE! - January 2019 Blog Hop

It's a All about LOVE Hop - and I hope you like all the projects you see.  Be sure to go to the bottom and hop on through the other links after you've checked out my post.  It really is all about love - not sure much else matters.  I have been so blessed with an amazing family and wonderful friends - sometimes I feel like my heart might BURST with all the LOVE!
My projects today come from the Meant to Be Bundle on page 6 of the SU Occasions catalog.  This suite it lovely, and has so many stamp and framelit options - you're just going to love it!
For my treat holder I started with a 5 1/2" x 4 1/2" piece of the All My Love designer series paper.  The colors of the DSP are Balmy Blue, Lovely Lipstick, Flirty Flamingo and Soft Sea Foam with some Crumb Cake thrown in - and these colors are amazing together.  I put a strip of Tear Tape along the top back edge of the DSP - you can see a tab hanging over on the right.  Then rolled the DSP into a tube securing with the tear tape.  (sorry for the blur - but I wanted you to see what I mean)
Next I squished the tube down a bit and punched with my envelope punch board at the 1" mark on each side and each end of the tube.  Then tied with the Lovely Lipstick ribbon from the All My Love ribbon combo, inserted a yummy Hershey bar and tied the other end.
Next I stamped a heart and sentiment and layered it on this beautiful die cut heart .
And added it to the top of my treat using dimensionals-
For my card I used many of the same products creating a lovely Valentine. In this picture you can see the base of Lovely Lipstick and the Soft Sea Foam layers look wonderful together.  The inter-twined hearts are cut out when I cut out the "You make me Happy" heart above - it frames it during the cutting giving you both pieces to work with; and has beautiful scallops and stitching.  The top rectangle layers are popped up over the ribbon using more dimensionals.
Can't wait to give these to someone I love this Valentine's Day!
I hope you liked my projects and got some inspiration.  I would love it if you left me a comment below.  Don't forget to click through on each name below to see even more wonderful LOVE Posts.  See you soon! ~Maureen
