Sunflowers - Not just for Fall

So SIP is where it all starts - Stamps, Ink and Paper!
That is all I have going on for this card - and I really love it.   This is one of my favorite stamp sets - not only for fall - but all year round.  I super love Sunflowers and these come together so easily and have so much depth just by stamping a few times moving the layers just a tiny bit.  I made up about 20 of these in just an hour - assembly line style.
I'm always in need of cards for customers and thank you's and these are perfect.  I used the Stampin' Up! notecards as they are pre-cut, pre-scored, a bit smaller and have the envelopes with them - so making up a bunch is quick and easy.
Hope as they go out, they'll bring some sunshine to the recipient's day!  To order any of Stampin' Up's products you can go directly to my online store -www.stampingwithmaureen.stampinup.net and click on SHOP NOW.  Please use the Hostess Code below to get full benefits from me - GA9BUQPT.  *Don't forget that it's Sale-a-bration and you can get FREE merchandise with $50 and $100 orders.

If you purchased the Painted Harvest set above, you'd be nearly half-way to your $50 to get a Level 1 freebie from the Sale-a-bration catalog!  Add Notecards, Pads, and Blocks - and you're there.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Gotta Blog More...

So, I realized - I have a ton of projects photographed that I never shared.   It always seems that the day gets away from me, and I haven't blogged - but I love to share these projects, and I love being able to look back on them - so, I'm gonna try harder.  So here's a project I don't think I ever shared - and I LOVE IT!  It was the technique for my November clubs - Recessed Panel.  Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy - and packs a punch.  Here's the instruction card -
And the actual project card that we made using the technique -
Here's a view from the side so you can see how the different layers lay -
I also made this card using the same technique - totally different look -
And again, another angle so you can see how the panel is recessed.
I hope you like these - and give it a try.  I plan to do more soon, as I do really love the look.  Come back soon ~Maureen
