~*~*~*~*~So for my card I chose one of Life's most special occasions - birthdays! We all have them, and most of us love to celebrate them - so why not right!?! Just purchased the "Filled With Happiness" set out of the new mini-catalog - and it was perfect!

First I stamped this great image with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
Next I colored with the following blends - Dark Bubble Bath, Light Lemon Lolly, and Light & Dark Boho Blue. After that I was able to punch out the center with the Modern Oval Punch.
#162234 Modern Oval Punch $22.00After starting with a Basic White Base, I layered Bubble Bath Cardstock (4" x 5 1/4") and Poetic Expressions DSP ( 3 3/4" x 5"). Then I added the colored layer to the center of the card - and popped up the outer border on dimensionals.
Finally I added a pretty Lemon Lolly bow and three Bubble Bath sequins from the Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins.
