SF 2020-February Favorites Bash Blog Hop

It's a Favorites Bash month - so be sure to hop on through to all of the blogs on the list.  Check out the favorite sets and embellishments of our hoppers!
SO - this month - it's all about the Poppies for me!
When I saw the Peaceful Poppies Suite and bundles in the Jan - June Mini catalog - well - I was a goner!  It was love at first sight.  I purchased first one of the bundles - then the other - and let me tell you, they have been well loved by this lady.  Here is an explosion box I made with the DSP as a gift for one of my hostesses.
Here you can see the top - I used the SAB flower punch to punch DSP and make tiny flowers for the top of the box.
And below you can see it opened up.  It is a perfect fit for this beautiful candle.  Or any other little gift you'd like to put into it.  This DSP is so lovely - it totally stands on it's own.
And here is a beautiful card made with more of the products from the Suite.  The background is sponged with stencils, the DSP layered and a couple of the die cut beautiful flowers and leaves to finish it off.
The flowers and leaf layers were put together mostly with just glue dots in the middle to allow some bounce and dimension on those edges.
Here you can see how I also stenciled a corner of the envelope -
As well as the inside of the card -
The sentiments are from the Peaceful Moments set, that is also part of the Suite - and I simply love them. It has beautiful coordinating sentiments for the outside and inside of your card.  And the font is wonderful -  you can't go wrong!

Once again, thank you for stopping by my blog.   I hope you enjoyed these projects and got some inspiration for creating something wonderful of your own.  I would love it, if you would leave me a comment below and stop back soon.  Don't forget to click through on each name below to see even more amazing Posts with a "favorites bash" theme.  See you soon with more ideas!  ~Maureen
