SAB 2018 Beautiful Peacock Cards and FREE inspiration sheet

Hi all - so thankful that I have been able to do some stamping today. That may be all I get accomplished, but that is fine - I have not stamped in weeks. Believe me - these are sweet and simple - but wow - today they were work :) I'm still wiped out. I chose this set to focus on today as I wanted to have something bring a smile to my face and yours and this did it for me. Here's the set you can get FREE with a $50 purchase.

So I started by just picking a color palette to work with - in this case Fresh Fig, Crushed Curry, Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil Tide. I stamped the Peacock three times using the same colors, but varying where the color placement was. Then cut three coordinating colored layers to go under them. Finally I stamped three identical card bases and three envelopes.

Each card is made the same way - card base, colored layer adhered with snail to base, stamped layer adhered with snail to colored layer and three gems added to the flowers on the tail.

I just love how they turned out - and they did bring a smile to my face. Especially every time I stamped one of those itty bitty yellow flowers - they are soooooo cute. They remind me of flowers I doodle in the 1970's days of Flower Power - lol. They are just so sweet and tiny!
