Paper Crafting Blog Hop April 2025 - Last Chance List!

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop for April 2025 - featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. We have a wide array of projects and design styles to share with you this month - and every one of them is spotlighting projects from the Last Chance List!

~*~*~*~*~

Less than one month left of this amazing catalog - so I am so happy we are showcasing some of the great products it contains, but will be going away when supplies are gone.  This project features one of super fun DSP's that's on the Last Chance - so I made it the star!  The "Friends of the Ocean DSP" is so bright and colorful - it really does make you smile.  So I made this adorable card using the DSP for my curtain fold, as well as fussy cut the lobster.

I think this card would work for just about any occasion, as it's sure to bring a smile - birthday, thinking of you, even Mother's Day.

To finish the inside I just added a little strip of the coordinating DSP.

And of course, I had to decorate the envelope!!

Hope you liked it - now be sure to hop on through to see all the other great creations.

Paper Crafting Blog Hop February 2025 - Sale-a-bration - again!

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop for February 2025 - featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. We have a wide array of projects and design styles to share with you this month - and every one of them is spotlighting projects using our free Sale-a-bration product offerings!

~*~*~*~*~

Sale-a-bration is winding down.  Less than two weeks to earn beautiful free products with purchase - and I have been having so much fun playing with those products.  This project features two of them - the Documenting the Day Stamp Set -

and the Fruit Salad DSP -

I combined them to make this simple and beautiful card -

The simple dotted DSP is on the backside of the Pomegranate fruit - and is the perfect backdrop for the large bold sentiment.  I stamped and fussy cut the sun for a little fun addition, and not sure if you can see it or not; but I added some Wink of Stella to it to give the card some added sparkle.

This card would be a perfect Thank you Card to someone who made a day special for you; or a Birthday card to someone, celebrating their wonderful day.  Add a little iridescent bow and some low profile dots - and you have a the perfect little card.

Hope you liked it!

Paper Crafting Blog Hop January 2025 - Sale-a-bration!

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop for January 2025 - featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. We have a wide array of projects and design styles to share with you this month - and every one of them is spotlighting projects using our new Sale-a-bration products!

~*~*~*~*~

This is such a great time of year!  I love the holidays - I try not to stress, and enjoy every minute of it.  But once January comes - I am ready to move on - and the new Mini Catalog and Sale-a-bration offer so many new products to do that with.  For my project I chose to use some favorite products - the Terrific Toadstools bundle from the catalog and the amazing coordinating Toadstool Gardens DSP and Fresh Freesia Seam Binding from Sale-a-bration.

#164790 Terrific Toadstools Bundle $38.50*

#164942 Toadstool Gardens Free with SAB purchase

#164971 Fresh Freesia Seam Binding Ribbon Free with SAB purchase

How fun are these!!  Each are amazing alone - but together - wow!!  So here is my card -

I can't wait to sent it out to someone I love and brighten their day.  Quick tip on how I get my strips to layout exactly as I want - I play with them before glueing down.  I move them around and get them just as I want them - and then I take a picture on my phone so I can recreate it.

After getting all of that laid out I added a beautiful bow and some Fresh Freesia Rainbow Adhesive Backed Dots - just love it!!  I'm all about finishing the inside of my card to coordinate -

and of course - I'm all about finishing the envelope so it looks great when the recipient picks up their mail.

I just can't wait to play with this bundle some more!  If you have any questions about how Sale-a-bration works - and the minimum purchases needed - please contact your demonstrator.

Thank you so much for stopping by and I would love to hear your thoughts and comments!

Paper Crafting Blog Hop September - September to December 2024 Catalog!

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop for September 2024 - featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. We have a wide array of projects and design styles to share with you this month - and every one of them is spotlighting projects made with items from our new September to December 2024 catalog!

~*~*~*~*~

For my project I decided to play with the Reindeer Fun Bundle on page 27. I love the adorable images and the coordinating product line is awesome.

#164044 Reindeer Fun Bundle $54.00

Isn't this bundle great?! I made this adorable center flap card using the bundle -

My deer was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink - colored with assorted natural blends and die cut to become my focal point.  I also ran the Granny Apple Green layer on the flap through my cut & emboss machine using the Timber 3D Embossing Folder for that lovely woodgrain.  Then added some of the Reindeer Days DSP and a few Earth Tone Shimmer Gems.

#164166 Reindeer Days 12"x12" DSP $12.50

It all came together beautiful for this card - and here is the inside when you open that front flap -

It's a simple, fun and impactful design - I hope you liked it!

Thank you so much for stopping by and I would love to hear your thoughts and comments!

Paper Crafting Blog Hop October 2023 - Ribbon Spotlight!!

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop for October 2023 - featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. We have a wide array of projects and design styles to share with you this month - and every one of them is spotlighting ribbon!

~*~*~*~*~

So I have to admit - I love the thought of ribbon - I love having ribbon spools in every color - but I do not use a ton of ribbon on my cards. Just a simple bow here or there - so this month was a challenge to me as I wanted to showcase the ribbon in a different way. I think my card does that -

I am a clean and simple stamper - Stamps Ink and Paper pretty much do it for me.  I love the simplicity of this card using the oak leaves from the Season of Chic stamps set along with one of the set's great sentiments.  My colors are Pecan Pie and Copper clay.  So for my ribbon I chose the Burlap Ribbon from the Real Red/Burlap combo pack in our annual catalog and made a ruffle with it.  I just laid down a strip of our tear and tape and added the ribbon folding it back on it self to get this look - and I think it is perfect!  Here is how I mark my ribbon in combo packs as they are not marked individually.

Then of course I needed to finish the inside of the card -

And the envelope to match -

I'm so happy with how it came together - it is a perfect card for this season.  Can't wait to send it out.

Thank you so much for stopping by and I would love to hear your thoughts and comments!

Paper Crafting Blog Hop September 2023: September - December Mini Catalog Showcase!

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop for September 2023 - featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. We have a wide array of projects and design styles to share with you this month - and every one of them comes from the newly release September - December Mini Catalog!

~*~*~*~*~

For my projects I chose to use the amazing Autumn Leaves bundle.

#162186 Autumn Leaves Bundle $55.75*

Wow - this bundle is right up my alley! I LOVE fall - it is my very favorite season of the year - and this bundle really spoke to me. I really like the set - but it's the dies that called my name - all those little leaves and some great sentiment layers - who could resist.

So I CASE'd a beautiful card made with this set by a fellow stamping friend -

And just changed up the colors to create this beauty -

I think they are equally as beautiful - and plan to make some more!  From the new catalog it uses the bundle above; the Distressed Tile 3D embossing folder; the Oxidized Copper Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Adhesive Backed Speckle Dots.  All such great products!
