Stampin Friends December New Year Hop!

Lots of lovin' on this beautiful Suite of products from the Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog - Year of Cheer!  I am so sad it is all retiring - but I stocked up a bit to use for my New Year's celebration.  So first my card - I love the Specialty Year of Cheer DSP - it is heavier like cardstock - and only one sided - so perfect for using as a card base as the inside is plain.
Then I punched stars and circles out of our Gold and Champagne foil sheets - as well as snowflakes out of a different pattern in the DSP to layer and give that festive and fun look below!
I also added some of the fun small black sequin and gold sequin strips tied on the side.  They lay nice and flat - even at the knot - so will mail well.  And to me they seemed to mimic the sprays of fireworks.
Then - for everyone coming over - I am making up these adorable diaper fold treat holders to match.  Each uses the same elements as the card - and holds a yummy caramel Ghiradelli chocolate.  I plan to put each person's name on a little tag and attach it.
And since I was in the creative mood - I made up this little wine tag below to attach to a bottle of wine that we'll be taking this weekend to a friend's house.  It will be the perfect little hostess gift.  Here I have it on cider - but it would work on any wine bottle also.
Here it is from a little different angle -  so you can better see I added a couple gems to give it some extra sparkle.  These wine tags are so simple - but add so much - after all, presentation is everything!
Hope you enjoyed these projects, and can use some of it for inspiration for your New Year's celebration.
Congratulations to our Blog Hop winner in November - Karen Bixler!  Now it's  your chance to win - this month we do not have a group giveaway - but I have one specifically for my blog!  Just leave a comment with your email and thoughts on my projects; then add #SFbloghop2017 and #Crazystampinglady to you comment post; now through December 25.  I'll draw a winner December 26 and contact you for delivery info!  You can win this great Watercolor Christmas Project Kit (does not include stamp set, but could be completed with a multitude of images and verses.)  It makes a total of 20 cards and includes fun sequins and gold liners for your envelopes.  It will be perfect to get a head start on next years cards.  Good luck to each of you!

Never Enough Birthday cards....

Sharing a cute and quick card we made at my September cards class.  Seems I NEVER have enough birthday cards - so I love when they are featured at one of my classes, and I make up a few extras.  This card is made with Balloon Celebration - we used Calypso Coral, Wild Wasabi and Rich Razzleberry - although for this card - just about any color combo would work.
Measurements: card base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" folded horizontal; Coral layer 5 1/4" x 4"; White layer 5 x 3 3/4"; Razzleberry layer 4 3/4" x 3 1/2" and top white layer 4 1/2" x 3 1/4".  The Razzleberry layer is popped up on dimensionals to give the card a little bit of character.  Added a couple gems for some sparkle, and a little Coral bow too.
Then finished the inside with this cute little balloon.
This set is a wonderful set for some quick and easy cards - sure to put a smile on anyone's face.  Thanks for stopping by.  ~Maureen

Stampin' Blends 3 month CLUB option

It's November 1 and Stampin' BLENDS are available.  These are AMAZING - and if you like to color - they are a must have.  Actually - if you do not like to color - these might just change your mind.  They are alcohol markers that color and blend so smoothly - you will not believe it!  Each has two tips - a nib tip and a brush tip - to help you get in all those little spots.  But - to get the entire set at once - it's $121.50 plus SandH and Tax.  So lets make this a little less painful - I'm breaking the purchase up into 3 month chunks for you - each of the months you will get 9 of the 27 blends available, at $40.50 a month plus SandH and Tax.  At the end of the three months you will have all 27 blends, plus I will throw in a package of our Thick Whisper White cardstock with your first month's order - FREE as long as you commit to all 3 months.  The thick cardstock is what is recommended for use with these markers, as alcohol markers will bleed through cardstock when used correctly.*
Month 1 you will get Old Olive 2pk, Cherry Cobbler 2pk, Crumb Cake 2pk, and Pumpkin Pie 2pk - plus the Color Lifter and your FREE package of Thick Whisper White cardstock for your 3 month commitment (a $7.00 value).
Month 2 you will get Calypso Coral 2pk, Pink Pirouette 2pk, Pool Party 2pk, and Daffodil Delight 2pk - plus the Ivory Blends marker.
Month 3 you will get Bermuda Bay 2pk, Night of Navy 2pk, Rich Razzleberry 2pk, and Smokey Slate 2pk - plus the Bronze Blends marker.  Completing your kit.

You can sign up anytime in November or December to join this club.  You must order directly through me, by emailing me at  Please let me know you are committing to the three months and include your full name, mailing address and contact phone number.  I will then call you for your credit card information if I do not have it on file with Stampin' Up! already.  Once ordered -  you will receive your first set within 10 business days, and the 2nd set 1 month later, and the 3rd set 1 month after that.  You will be billed each month as that set of markers is ordered.  *additionally it is recommended to use Memento ink with alcohol markers - so if you need that, please let me know.  It will be an additional $6.00 plus SandH and tax.

You can see full information on these markers at  Sign-up NOW and let's get coloring!!! ~Maureen

Happy Halloween!!

So much fun - my Technique CLUB 1 made this adorable project as their renewal thank you for our next round of club.  It was tons of fun to design, and I think they turned out super cute!  I purchased the black frames at a local craft store, and removed the glass so we could pop up some images.
After checking Pinterest for tons of Halloween sampler ideas - I came up with the panels above and below.  The orange hat, the front gravestone, the small pumpkin and one of the bats are all popped up to give it that great dimension.
Here it is from the side - where  you can see (maybe) some of those images popped up.
I love holiday samplers - they are such a cute and fun addition to your decorating.  Have a Happy Halloween - and be careful out there!!~Maureen
