Club Hostess gifts

Today I'm sharing a couple of the Hostess Gifts from my clubs this year - for one round I did a matching set of 3x3" cards in the Pizza Boxes we sell. I just love this idea for a gift -and have also sold many sets of these. So the first one uses the Share What You Love Designer series paper for the Annual catalog. This paper is exceptionally beautiful, as it has an added shimmer on many of the designs. All the cards and box needed were an added cut out, popped up flower and a cute sentiment. Just love how they turned out. You can see in the second picture that I also decorated the envelope flaps with a little of the DSP.

Another set I made featured the July 2018 Paper Pumpkin kit - instead of using all of the elements as shown in the kit - I decided to make hostess gifts. The top photo shows the pizza box decorated. While the bottom photo shows the four cards that were inside - so easy peasy to do with this amazing kit.

Hope you liked these ideas. Why not try a set of pizza box cards of your own. To order any similar products to those used in these cards you can go to my website - www.stampingwithmaureen.stampinup.net and hit SHOP - be sure to use the hostess code below for full benefits from me!

See you soon! --Maureen

So here is my second project sample this month's kit - "White Christmas".

It's another cute little 3x3" gift card - I took the Lost Lagoon base and added a Shimmer White layer slightly smaller and offset to the left. After I colored my images I added the "Thinking of...." verse layered on a small strip of DSP from the kit. Also used my blender pen a bit to blend the marker on the snow. You can see below that my verse layer is on dimensionsals to give it some pop.

But....what makes it so striking is the Shimmer Paper - this is a great product to add that little bit of sparkle to your projects. Hope you can see it better in the close-up below - doesn't it look like snow?
