Lovin' this Stampin' Up! set from the Occasions catalog - so nice for Valentine's Day - but with a variety of sentiments it could be used all year long. For this card I used versamark to create the floral background - then layered all the pretty layers - including the floral strip from the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper.
Finishing touches - we stamped a little flower in Pool Party, cut it out, popped it up on a dimensional and added the pretty little pearls. Very lovely and very feminine. Hope you liked it! ~Maureen

Another fun sweet treat!
Sharing another fun and easy Valentine treat holder today. NOTE: the nugget bags are not Stampin' Up's because nuggets don't fit in ours :( These are contraband -but it is such a rarity that I use something non-SU that I don't feel too guilty.
I just covered nuggets with the great DSP from Stampin' Up! - put them in the cello and tied with two of the ribbons/trims from the Occasions catalog. Added a little "Be Mine" tag and a heart with some cute little pearls.
Isn't it adorbs?!? Gonna make a bunch of these to hand out. Love them!! ~Maureen

Student worker Valentine's
Just wanted to share the cute little treats I gave to my student workers for Valentine's day! You might have seen my previous post of tootsie pop holders here - http://www.crazystampinglady.blogspot.com/2014/01/tootsie-pop-valentine.html so I changed it up a little bit and made these -
Instead of using Tootsie pops I found the round strawberry and cream suckers at a local store and thought they'd be just perfect. Here's a side view so you can see the sucker.
Lots of fun to make - and the gals loved them!! ~Maureen

Valentine's for the Grandkids!
Today I wanted to share the FUN valentine's I made for my grandbabies. I found these adorable Bubble Pens a few weeks ago at a Party store and loved them. Many of you know BUBBLES are one of my favorite things - I have them at work and in nearly every room of my house. I blow bubbles whenever I'm stressed -and watch my stress just blow away!! Blowing bubbles is also something I do so often with the grandbabies - so just could not resist these.
With a little Stampin'Up! MDS (My Digital Studio) magic I created the base card in the colors of the pens. Then used a little ribbon left over from Easter decorating last year (sorry - not SU -which is rare for me).
And Voila!! a bunch of Valentines for some special sweeties all ready to be delivered with some candy treats!! ~Love you all, Gramma

Tootsie Pop Valentine
Sharing the cute little Tootsie Pop holder that we made for our Club 3D project. It is soooo simple - you just take a 2" x 8.5" strip of cardstock. Score it at 1" - 3.5" - 5" - 7.5" - fold and punch a small hole in the center of each of the two end flaps for sucker to go through. Fold it up, and stick the sucker stick up through the holes and let sucker settle into the box.
Now decorate and give to see the smiles :) Here is a side view. This would be a great little favor for any holiday dinner - just change up the design and colors.
Hope you enjoyed!!! ~Maureen
