SF 2021 August - All About the Paper Blog Hop

Be sure to hop through all the blogs on the list near the bottom for tons of wonderful inspiration as we celebrate "All About the Paper!!"
 ~*~*~*~*~
If you've come from Jo's post - she's a tough act to follow :)  All of Stampin' Ups! DSP's are stars - but when it comes to one that really shines for me it has to be the Expressions in Ink.  No wonder they could not keep up with the demand for so long.  This DSP can stand on it's own.  I made this beautiful card using a piece cut from 12x12" - and could get six nice cards of this type from one sheet.  The pattern that looks like alcohol ink is already there on the DSP.
Of course I needed to use the coordinating stamp set - Artistically Inked to add the beautiful rose and leaf as well as sentiment.  And some leaf pieces of the coordinating Expressions in Ink Ephemera pack to add some gold accents.
Finishing with a rose inside the card and on the envelope.

Next I created this adorable little adhesive tote to coordinate with the card - for this my three different sections were made with Just Jade Cardstock and pieces of the DSP for accents.  It holds my Tombow, glue dots, extra stick tape and my Seal - everything right at my finger tips!

Here is a blurry side view - sorry about that - but you can see how it goes together.  I found this from another demonstrator and changed it up a little bit - and  hope to do a FB live tutorial soon.  Will post the link here when I get it done.

Even the back looks nice!

Here it is all packaged up for gift-giving to go with that Happy Birthday card - I even included a brand new Tombow for the lucky recipient.

That set of DSP is truly gorgeous! Six cards from one sheet of paper--love it! Definitely need to make the adhesive holder--mine are all over the place on my desk.
