Hi all -So today I'm just sharing a quick tip that has helped me tons! Seems like so many times when I did a class with the Big Shot my dies would get lost, and we'd be spending time crawling around on the ground to find them. So I made up three of these quick and easy magnetic frames. They are just Dollar store frames that I removed the glass from and instead inserted a sheet of magnetic paper cut to size.
Then I put the backing back on. They lay flat on the table, and I set them next to the Big Shot with the dies I am using for any given project. I have three - so that if I have several projects I can put each on a different frame. These have worked like a charm to eliminate lost dies at classes. Hope it helps you too! ~Maureen

Can't beat some Christmas Coffee!
So recently I posted a cup of Fall coffee for the Coffee Lovers Blog hop - you can see it HERE. And the thought of having a Pumpkin Spiced Latte in the crisp fall weather - just warms my heart!
But - this set from Stampin' Up! (Coffee Cafe) - was so cute I had to create a Christmas card with it. I used some DSP for the cup, and then added holiday touches with elements from the Hang Your Stocking set.
My first one was above - and the cup was at an angle - which I loved. But my daughter thought it looked like it was just falling over - so I made some straight ones also. Now can't decide which I like better.
But I do know I LOVE coffee - and looking at this card just makes me want to smile. The wood table was made using the wood designed cup in the set - we just stamped it up and then down to fill in the wood grain. Then finished it off with our new Smokey Slate gingham ribbon.
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas (coffee) around here. Can you almost smell it?!?! ~Maureen

Hostess gifts!
Today - I'm just sharing some of the Hostess gifts that I have given out in the past months. These will be for this round of hostesses in my clubs, and when we start the next round the gift will change :)
I really love making these sets using the SU Clear-Mount stamp cases. A notepad, pen and pocket all fit nicely inside, and you can just toss them in your purse to go where you go. So convenient! I'll be back soon with more stamping fun! ~Maureen

Stampin Friends September Blog Hop - It's Fall Y'all!!!
LOVE FALL!!! That's all I have to say about that! Well, not really - I love the feel, the weather, the colors - the wonderful change from heat to cool! So I am so glad Fall is our theme for this hop!
I decided to go with all the wonderful colors in this cards - browns and oranges and greens -
And Inside - a pop-up surprise. Used the little crate die to create the crate facade.
Here you can see from the side - it was just a 2" x 4" strip folded into a box and mounted inside.
To go with it - this adorable little crate of nuts - wouldn't that be cute at each place setting at Thanksgiving.
Here's another angle -
And don't forget to comment to be entered in our giveaway!!!

Couple FUN birthday Cards
Going through my stash and wanted to share a couple fun Birthday cards I made a while back. Really, I just can't keep up with birthday cards. Too many friends :)
The one above was made with an adorable set that is now discontinued. But I still wanted to share - as it was just too cute. The card below was made using another discontinued set - but it could be easily duplicated using Balloon Celebration or Birthday Banners from the current SU annual catalog.
Fun, easy - and ready to make some one's day! See you soon! ~Maureen

Merry Christmas Wishes - just a tad early!
Sharing a beautiful and elegant card we made at one of my Christmas card classes. I just love the look of this deer cut out of our foil papers. For this card we used some DSP from last year's catalog - but everything else is current.
The inside is just as cute - with a wonderful sentiment - and that cute little green bow!
Couple more months of Christmas card classes and should be good to go - lol!
Before you know it - it will be time to send all these cuties out in the mail.
Stop back soon for more creations!! ~Maureen
