Share it Sunday! Free tutorial - Zany Zoo

 

It's Sunday - and time to share another great card and free tutorial!   This is another super cute card made with the Zany Zoo Bundle.  This card and bundle are nothing but fun - so check it out!!

Zany Zoo Card

Supplies:


  • Stamp Sets: Zany Zoo (161305) or as a discounted bundle with Zany Zoo Dies (161314)

  • Card Stock and Paper: Crushed Curry CS (131199); Basic White CS (159276); Delightfully Eclectic 12”x12” Designer Series Paper (161640)

  • Stamp Pads: Tuxedo Black Memento Ink (143708)

  • Tools: Gorgeously Made Dies (161202); Banners Pick a Punch (153608)

  • Miscellaneous: Blends: Calypso Coral (154881); Daffodil Delight (154883); Granny Apple Green (154885); Old Olive (154892); Night of Navy (154891); Basic Black (154843); Smoky Slate (154904); Merry Melody 3D Embossing Folder (156392); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); Stampin’ Seal+ Adhesive (149699)


Measurements:

  • Crushed Curry CS: 8 ½” x 5 ½”, 5” x 3 ¾”

  • Basic White CS: 3 ¼” x ½”, scraps

  • Delightfully Eclectic DSP: 4 ½” x 3 ½”


Instructions:

  1. Score card base in half at 4 ¼” and fold on score line.

  2. Emboss Crushed Curry panel using Merry Melody 3D Embossing Folder.

  3. Die cut top of DSP piece using Gorgeously Made die.

  4. Adhere to embossed panel and trim sides of DSP to match Crushed Curry panel.

  5. Stamp turtle on small scrap white cardstock using Memento Black ink.

  6. Color using the following Blends: Lt. Old Olive, Dk. Granny Apple Green, Lt. Smoky Slate, Lt. Basic Black.

  7. Stamp balloons (just need the balloon image) on scrap white cardstock, and color using the following Blends: Dk. Daffodil Delight, Lt, Night of Navy, Lt. Calypso Coral, and Dk. Granny Apple Green.

  8. Die cut these two images.

  9. Trim the balloons a bit more where the strings meet the racoon hands.

  10. Adhere to DSP, using Dimensionals.

  11. Stamp music notes on DSP using Memento Black ink.

  12. Adhere this whole panel to card front, using Dimensionals.

  13. Stamp sentiment on white cardstock strip using Memento Black ink.

  14. Punch left side of strip using Banners Pick a Punch.

  15. Adhere to card front, using Dimensionals.
