Share it Sunday! Free tutorial - Circle Sayings!

 

It's Sunday - and time to share another great card and free tutorial!   This is another super cute card made with Circle Sayings.  This card (and bundle) are so versatile - you've seeing me playing with it a lot - so check it out!!

Circle Sayings

Supplies:

·       Stamp Sets: Circle Sayings (161348)

·       Card Stock and Paper: Basic White CS (159276); Inked Botanicals DSP (161157)

·       Stamp Pads: Memento Ink Tuxedo Black (132708)

·       Tools: 2” Circle Punch-Online Exclusive (133782);  2 3/8” Circle Punch (161354)

·       Miscellaneous: Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio (161206); ¼” Bordered Ribbon Lost Lagoon (161171); Stampin’ Blends Combo Packs – Lost Lagoon (161680), Lemon Lolly (161673), Crushed Curry (161661); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); Stampin’ Seal Adhesive (152813); Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush (141897)

 Measurements:

 ·       Basic White: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2” scored at 4 ¼”, 3” x 4 ¼”; scrap for 2” circle punch

·       Inked Botanicals DSP Crushed Curry plaid 4” x 5 ¼”

·       Inked Botanicals DSP Lost Lagoon plaid 3 5/8” x 4 7/8”

·       Lemon Lolly: Scrap for 2 3/8” circle punch

·       ¼” Bordered Ribbon Lost Lagoon: 4” to wrap and 3” to tie on

 Instructions:

 1.    Stamp the Ocean scene onto Basic White scrap and punch with 2” circle punch.  Color using Stampin’ Blends and add sparkle with Wink of Stella to sun, rays and ocean foam.  Note: allow Memento Ink Tuxedo Black to dry for a few minutes before coloring with Stampin’ Blends.  You can proceed with step 2 before coloring image.

2.    Stamp “Warm Hello” near top of Basic White rectangle.  Wrap longer piece of ribbon around near bottom as shown and adhere on both sides on back.  Slip smaller piece of ribbon under first piece and tie on.  Mount this centered onto the Tranquil Tide DSP layer; then that centered onto the Crushed Curry DSP layer and that onto the card base.

3.    Punch a 2 3/8” circle from the Lemon Lolly scrap – mount image from above to center of this circle.  Pop this up on front of card using Stampin’ Dimensional.

4.    Add three of the Pretty Peacock sequins to the front of the card.
