WOW - can't believe I haven't posted since Tuesday - this week really got away from me. I was prepping most nights for today's Card Buffet which was a great success. Thank you to everyone who came. Watch for posts of the cards we made coming soon -
Here's the card we made with the thumping technique and the stamp set "Seasonally Scattered" at club - isn't it beautiful. Thank you Ronda Wade... for the inspiration. This set of stamps is perfect for this technique. Gonna have to do some Christmas cards with the "merry" stamp from the set.
We stamped the image in Crumb Cake and then thumped on it with Rich Razzleberry, Pumpkin Pie and Garden Green - tied on linen thread and layered that on Soft Suede and Rich Razzleberry cardstock. Cut out a couple leaves, including one on glimmer paper and tied them on.
Here is a close-up so you can see all the colors and how they blended on the image - lovely!!
