Share it Sunday! Free tutorial - More Than Autumn

 

It's Sunday - and time to share another great card and free tutorial!  So loving playing with this super fun set - More Than Autumn.  The coffee references don't hurt lol!  I hope you like it as much as I do!

More than Autumn – October 2024

Supplies:

·       Stamp Sets: More than Autumn bundle (164076)

·       Card Stock: Pecan Pie (161717); Very Vanilla (101650); Basic White (159276); Pumpkin Pie (105117); Crushed Curry (131199); Sweet Days of Autumn DSP (166498)

·       Stamp Pads: Pecan Pie (161665); Pumpkin Pie (147086); Crushed Curry (147087)

·       Tools: Paper Trimmer (152392); Paper Snips Scissors (103579); Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653); Deckled Circles Dies (162286); Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends (161674); Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blends (154897); Basic Black Stampin Write Marker (162481); Small Blending Brushes (160518)

·       Miscellaneous: Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); Stampin’ Seal (152813); Mini Glue Dots (103683); Center Stripe Ribbon (162755); Pecan Pie & Clear Ribboned Adhesive Backed Dots (164204); Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder (159847)

Measurements:

·       Pecan Pie – 8 ½ x 5 ½, scored on the 8 ½ inch side at 4 ¼, 4 x 5 ¼ for embossing

·       Basic White – scrap for whipped cream on pie

·       Very Vanilla – 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 (2), scrap for pie and sentiment

·       Designer Series Paper – 3 x 3

Instructions:

1.    Fold and burnish card base with bone folder.

2.    Adhere one of the Very Vanilla panels to the front of the card.

3.    Run the 4 x 5 ¼ piece of Pecan Pie CS through your machine with the Leaf Fall embossing folder.

4.    Take the ribbon and attach to the embossed CS with tape. Adhere over the very vanilla.

5.    Make a small bow with another piece of ribbon.

6.    Stamp on very vanilla with Pecan Pie ink the pie and the sentiment.

7.    Color the pumpkin pie using the Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ blends and the Pecan Pie Stampin’ blends for the crust. Die cut with the coordinating dies.

8.    Cut out a leaf from pumpkin pie, crushed curry and pecan pie, try and keep the 2 pieces together. If they won’t stay add a small piece of tape on the back.

9.    Using the coordinating inks, blend on just a little color on leaves to give some depth.

10. Die cut a circle with the Deckled Circle dies using the 4th from the smallest. Also cut out the small, whipped cream from basic white. Draw on the lines with the Basic Black Stampin’ write marker. Glue the whipped cream and the pumpkin pie together.

11. Using dimensionals adhere the leaves and pumpkin pie on the DSP circle.

12. Using dimensionals adhere the circle over the ribbon.

13. Using a glue dot adhere the bow next to the pumpkin pie.

14. Cut down the sentiment with paper trimmer and the cut at an angle with scissors.

15. Using Pecan Pie blend make the … after the sentiment and adhere with dimensionals in the top left corner.

16. Scatter gems as desired.

17. Adhere the other piece of very vanilla on the inside and finished as desired.
