Share it Sunday! Free tutorial - Rustic Crate

 

It's Sunday - and time to share another great card and free tutorial!   Up here in Wisconsin on vacation - and boy it feels like fall - cool, cloudy, rainy - and I am loving it!  So keeping with this theme - sharing this beauty!

Rustic Crate

·       Card Stock and Paper: Basic White Cardstock (CS) (159276); Copper Clay CS (161721); Pretty Peacock (CS) (150880); Tartan Foil (DSP) (162332); Oxidized Copper (DSP) (162190)

 Measurements:

 ·       Card Stock 1: Copper Clay card base- 11 x 4 ¼”

·       Card Stock 2: Pretty Peacock- 3” x ½”

·       Card Stock 3: Basic White- 3” x 3”

·       DSP: Tartan Foil- 3 ¾” x 4 ¼”

·       DSP: Oxidized Copper- ¾” x 4 ¼”

Instructions:

 1.    Score the card base on the long side at 5 ½” and fold.  

2.    Attach the Tartan Foil DSP to the bottom front of the card using Stamin’ SEAL.

3.    Attach the strip of Oxidized Copper to the center of the card using Stampin’ SEAL. Add it on top of the Tartan Foil just a little bit.  

4.    Die cut a Deckled Circle in Basic White cardstock and stamp the image using Memento Black ink. Color the image using Copper Clay and Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blends. Then, attach to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

5.    Stamp the sentiment using Versa Mark ink on the strip of Pretty Peacock cardstock then add white embossing powder and heat emboss. Flag the ends of the sentiment using your paper snips and add to the circle using Stampin’ SEAL.

6.    Use a Mini Glue Dot to add a Linen Thread bow to the card front and three Adhesive-Backed Glitter Sequins.
