SF-2023 January Blog Hop - Life's Special Occasions!

Holy Guacamole - it's your birthday - how cute is that!!
I just cannot get enough of this set - it is nothing but FUN all the way.  I chose to do birthdays as my special occasion - in our family we are just heading into Birthday season - so I need these cards badly :)

I've been playing with it all week and wanted to share this really simple layout.  The stamp speaks for itself with those fun puns, so you don't need to do much more.

Started with a Pumpkin Pie CS base 4 1/4" x 5 1/2", three Cherry Cobbler Layers 1 1/2" x 4" and three DSP Layers 1 1/4" x 3 3/4".  I used a pattern from the Enjoy the Journey DSP.  Just layer them and space evenly on the front of the base.

Next I stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, colored with blends, fussy cut and layered elements from the set onto a circle and scallop from our Layering Circles dies.  This was popped up on a strip of the Fine Shimmer CS, and completed with a little bow using the Three Twine Combo pack.  Such a super fun card to make.  Then of course had to add a little fun to the inside of the card too!
Hope you enjoyed this card as much as I did - I foresee many more Taco Fiesta cards in my future!  I'll need to change up some colors and layouts and the possibilities are endless.
