So I chose to share a sweet little gift set today. I truly am addicted to paper - of every kind. I love scrap-book paper - cards - notebooks - stationary - etc., etc., etc. I just LOVE paper. So I use it a lot in my gift giving. Below is a little gift set I made - the largest one is a notebook covered and decorated - and the smaller three are coordinating note cards to go with it. The paper is the Ornate Gardens Specialty Designer Series paper; and I used the Label Me Fancy punch to punch and layer my sentiments.
But why stop there - I also decorated this cute little crate with coordinating DSP for a little not holder to set on your desk. Again, I just really like how the Daisy Lane stamp set coordinates with this paper -so I added a 3D daisy using the medium Daisy punch to the front.

Here is the inside - showing how I stamped the note paper using the daisy from the Daisy Lane set - and added a coordinating RSVP pen to finish the set.
This is just a fun and creative way to use all of our beautiful papers and make some wonderful little gifts for friends. ~Maureen

ReplyDeleteJean - I got it at Michael's - over the years I have made a ton of them for gifts!

ReplyDeleteOh, how I can relate to the obsession with all things paper! You can never have TOO much, that's for sure. This is such a great gift idea and a great way to use up some of that DSP we all have hiding in our stamp studio. That little crate is just too cute!
ReplyDeleteLove the daisy paper. Love the decorated crate. Such a great gift. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteLove this all, now I can pull out Stampin' Up!'s crate die and play around with it again!!!! Oh and I too am a paper fanatic!!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous projects that crate is so cute, thank you for sharing x
ReplyDeleteThe crate is gorgeous! And the cards are perfect to it. Thank you so much for sharing!
ReplyDeleteFor those who asked the little crates are from Michael's - I just put a piece of cardstock to fit in the bottom to make it solid; then measured and cut strips of DSP to fit, and adhered them with Tombow glue. The I cute copy paper to the correct size and stamped them with the Daisy and added a coordinating RSVP pen :)
