I've been working on shaker cards for my Technique clubs using the new Jar of Flowers Bundle and I love it -
This card is going to be going to a special friend - and she LOVES sunflowers, maybe even more than I do.
It uses our new Bumblebee and Cinnamon Cider colors as the base for the adorable little jar shaker - the beads are also new - Flowers for every Season gems. First I punched the jar out of the DSP, then layered it on my card where I wanted it, and stamped the water and stem inside that area.
I colored the stems and flowers with Stampin' Write markers and added my gems before putting the shaker piece through and adhering that layer. The strips on the side are just extra strips of Cinnamon Cider - by adding them on each side they look like an additional layer - it's a great way to use up those scraps. Then added the fussy cut flowers on dimensionals - and a triple twine bow to the rim of the jar.
Here is the inside (sorry a bit blurry) I added the flowers - but not a sentiment, as I needed an area large enough to write about what she means to me.
