Once again, so very happy to be hopping with this lovely group of stampers for the month of February as we share Easter inspiration for you. I decided on sharing this adorable little treat pouch. Easy, fast and oh so cute!
It uses the standard diaper fold for the treat holder. You start with a 6x6" piece of paper - in this case i am using the little flower/rainbow print from a sheet in the Pleased as Punch limited edition coordination product line from Stampin' Up!
You are going to lay the piece in front of you like a diamond, and then fold the bottom peak up to meet the top peak. (I am using the piece I had previously folded so please ignore the extra creases).

Next you'll take the bottom right corner and bring it across to the approximate middle of the opposite side of the triangle.
Then you will take the top peak of the front piece of the paper only, and fold it down. This forms a little pocket, and keeps it all together without any adhesives at all.
After that I stamped and colored the bunny from the Welcome Easter set in the current mini catalog -
I stamped with Memento Black ink, colored with my blends and fussy cut him (nope, no framelits for this little guy).

I then stamped the Happy Easter sentiment on a strip of Whisper White, attached the bunny to the top of it with a glue dot, and added 3 dimensionals to the back.
Last stamp - I just adhered it to the front of my little pouch - how cute and simple is that. You can get four pouches out of one 12x12" piece of DSP - so that makes it very cost effective also.
Hope you enjoyed my project - now be sure to "hop" on through the rest of the blogs on the list to see all their great ideas. Before moving on, be sure to leave a comment - they make my day!
