·       Balmy Blue Baker’s Twine Ribbon: 8”

 Instructions:

 1.    Score and burnish Thick Basic White Card Stock @ 4 1/4”

2.    Adhere designer paper to Balmy Blue CS, adhere to card base

3.    Emboss Cherry Cobbler CS with Mini Corrugated Embossing Folder, adhere to card base

4.    Adhere remaining designer paper to Basic White CS, adhere to card base with dimensionals

5.    Fussy cut turtle image , adhere to card front with dimensionals

6.    Stamp greeting with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on scrap 1/2” strip, cut greeting apart with angles on each word, adhere to card front

7.    Tie a bow with Baker’s Twine, adhere with Mini Glue Dot

8.    Embellish with Loose Frosted Dots, adhere them with Multipurpose Liquid Glue

9.    Adhere remaining designer paper to envelope flap

Bee My Valentine Sweet as Honey

·       Card Stock and Paper: Thick Basic White (CS) (159229); Petunia Pop (163801); Daffodil Delight (119683); Pool Party (122924); Cute as Can Bee Designer Series Paper (DSP) (166621)

·       Stamp Pads: Tuxedo Memento Black (132708); Pool Party (147107); Daffodil Delight (147094)

·       Tools: Stylish Shapes Dies (159183); Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder (164049); Bee Builder Punch (162553)

·       Miscellaneous: Party Dots (164602); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); Stampin’ Seal Adhesive (152813); Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755); Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653); Mini Glue Dots (103683)

 Measurements:

 ·       Thick Basic White: 4 1/4” x 11” scored @ 5 ½”, 3 ½” x 3 ½” (circle), 3” x 3” (bee)

·       Petunia Pop: 5 1/2” x 3 ½”

·       Daffodil Delight: 3 ½” x ½:

·       DSP: (2) 2” x 2”, 1 ½” x 1 ½”

  Instructions:

 1.    Measure, score, and cut your paper.  

2.    Dry emboss the Petunia Pop with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder. Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to attach to the card front.

3.    Die cut 3 DSP Stylish Shapes Circles with the DSP patterns of choice. Die cut 2 of the 3^rd smallest circle, and one of the second smallest circles.

4.    Die cut the 4^th smallest Stylish Shape Circle in Basic White and stamp two honeycomb images onto it with Daffodil Delight.

5.    Stamp onto the 3” x 3” Basic White the Daffodil Delight oval for bee body. Stamp over the Daffodil Delight with the Memento Black stripes. Pick a face and stamp onto the Daffodil Delight with the Memento. Punch that whole shape out. Stamp the antenna in Memento Black and punch it out with the little heart shape. 

6.    Stamp onto the Pool Party with the Pool Party ink the bee wings and punch out with the larger heart shape from the Builder Bee Punch. Assemble the bee with Mini Glue Dots.

7.    Stamp the greeting “you’re as sweet as honey” onto the Daffodil Delight cardstock with Black Memento ink.

8.    Assemble: Attach the bee to the Basic White circle with Dimensionals. Attach the circle with Dimensionals to card front over the embossed Petunia Pop. With Dimensionals on the back, slide the 2 medium circles behind the Basic White slightly. Attach with Dimensionals the smallest circle and have it overlap the Basic White circle. Attach the Daffodil Delight greeting on the lower half and overlapping a circle. Put Dimensionals just on the back of the ends of the Daffodil Delight so it lays flat on the circle.

9.    Embellish with 3 Party Dots in the Daffodil Delight color.

Paper Crafting Blog Hop April 2025 - Last Chance List!

 

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop for April 2025 - featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. We have a wide array of projects and design styles to share with you this month - and every one of them is spotlighting projects from the Last Chance List!

Less than one month left of this amazing catalog - so I am so happy we are showcasing some of the great products it contains, but will be going away when supplies are gone.  This project features one of super fun DSP's that's on the Last Chance - so I made it the star!  The "Friends of the Ocean DSP" is so bright and colorful - it really does make you smile.  So I made this adorable card using the DSP for my curtain fold, as well as fussy cut the lobster.

I think this card would work for just about any occasion, as it's sure to bring a smile - birthday, thinking of you, even Mother's Day.  

To finish the inside I just added a little strip of the coordinating DSP.

And of course, I had to decorate the envelope!!

Coming soon - NEW Stampin' Up! Rewards system!

 

Introducing Stampin' Up! Stampin’ Rewards – a program that works for everyone! 

NOTE: The Stampin’ Up! website will be down April 15th from 8am – 2pm mountain time to convert to the new Rewards System.

Once the system is back up on April 15th every order you place at a minimum of $20,will earn you 10% in rewards.  Follow these steps at that time.

1. You must have an account in my online store – Maureen’s Online Store
2. You MUST opt in (a pop up box for this will appear the first time you shop beginning April 15th)
3. The new program will track your rewards and show the rewards you have accumulated to use every time you shop and you can decide how many rewards you want to use on each order.
4. Rewards can be accumulated for a YEAR.
5. The new program will automatically use your oldest rewards.
6. AND IT gets better…here’s an example -if you have $20 in rewards and are placing an order, you can choose to apply $30 to your order AND YOU WILL STILL EARN rewards on any additional part of your order.
7. For family and friends without a computer or no desire to shop themselves online – I will still be available to help with placing orders, but rewards will not accumulate for you in the site.
8. If at any time you decide to join my team as a discount shopper, any rewards you have will transfer with you because discount shoppers earn rewards too.
9. If you check out as a guest or haven’t opted in, you won’t earn rewards –so be sure to create an account and opt into the REWARDS!

Did you know that Stampin' Up! no longer has a Retiring List or a Clearance Rack?  It's true - they have been combined to be come the Last Chance list of products that are available only while supplies last - some at sale price, some at full price - but all amazing!

Here is a favorite of mine that will be going away when sold out.

Thought I'd share a few of the fun cards I have made with this set - and note, the coordinating Labeled with Love punch, will be continuing.

My first uses the Dotted Circles 3D EF as a back drop for some birthday wishes.  I love the way the little packages become the focal point.

My next is a simple just for you note that uses the punch to create a fun layout.  I love this little butterfly from the set and popped their wings out to give the card some dimension.

And finally, one of my favorites - I am a simple and clean stamper, and I just love the simplicity of this one.  I made an entire set of note cards using just this flower and coordinating colors with different sentiments - how sweet is this!

Storybook Life

Supplies:

 

·       Stamp Sets: Storybook Life (166635)

·       Card Stock and Paper: Basic White (159276)

Boho Blue (161724), Old Olive (100702) Pecan Pie (161717), Storybook Moments DSP (164662)

·       Stamp Pads: Boho Blue (161650) Craft White (147277)

·       Tools: Spotlight on Nature dies (163580)

·       Miscellaneous: Adhesive Sequins (161206)

 

Measurements:

 

·       Boho Blue: 5 ½” x 8 ½”

·       Old Olive: 3 1/8” x 3 7/8”

·       Basic White: 3” x 3”

·       Pecan Pie: 1 ¼” x 5”

·       Boho Blue Designer paper: 3” x 3 ¾”

 

Instructions:

 

1.    Cut a 5 ½” x 8 ½” Boho Blue card base. Fold in half.

2.    Stamp the sentiment onto the card front from top to bottom using Boho Blue ink.

3.    Cut the Boho Blue floral pattern from the designer paper to 3” x 3 ¾”

4.    Cut a 3 1/8” x 3 7/8” piece of Old Olive cardstock.

5.    Adhere the designer paper to the Old Olive paper.

6.    Adhere the panel to the center of the card front.

7.    Cut a 2 ¾” circle from Basic White cardstock.

8.    Choose the desired punch outs from the designer paper and adhere to the circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

9.    Adhere the circle to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

10. Stamp the sentiment onto Pecan Pie cardstock using Craft White ink. Let dry completely. Cut apart.

11. Adhere the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

12. Adhere (5) sequins randomly to the card front.
