Occasions Catalog 2017 - Sneak Peek!!!
So just giving you a little sneak peek today of some more goodies from the upcoming Occasions catalog! We had so much fun getting to try some of the new products at OnStage last month. Just look at the beautiful belly band and DSP below - not to mention that ribbon and Flower embellishment.
So a simple card with so much pizazz - I think it's mostly due to the beautiful lazer cut like image we made on the big shot. So beautiful.
Hope you love it as much as I do - can't wait to play more with these great new products. Be sure you are on my mailing list if you'd like a catalog. You can leave me an email using the link to the right of this blog post. Happy Stamping!!! ~Maureen

November - Happy Holidays Hop with Stampin' Friends
I LOVE the HOLIDAYS! Once Halloween is passed and I know we're headed into Thanksgiving - Christmas and New Years - well I just get happy all over. So today I am sharing my personal wish for you - that you will have a "SWEET SEASON"! My card is made with elements from Stampin' Up!'s Candy Cane Christmas set - as well as the cute little gingerbread house that is fussy cut from the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper.
These cards were just so fun to make - and I can't wait to sent them out to some special people before Christmas. Just getting that envelope in the mail would be enough to make me smile.
To me the RED background on the CRUMB CAKE - just makes the entire card pop. The red layer with the house is popped up on dimensionals and the peppermint candies were attached with glue dots. And how about that beautiful Stitched Edge Real Red ribbon. Plus a few sprinkles of pearls - like drops of white frosting.
And speaking of SWEET - here's a cute little matching treat. Cello bags of nuggets wrapped in DSP from the same set of paper, tied and topped with a cute little Gingerbread House tag.
And on the back another special wish to the recipient. Not get your creative juices going to make your own sweet treats.

OnStage Stampin' Up! - Day 3 - Saturday - THE DAY!
Woo Hoo - sharing a bit today from Saturday's Stampin' Up! OnStage Event in Phoenix last weekend. It was sooooo much FUN!
Throughout the day there were a lot of recognitions - here are two of my newest Team members getting recognized for promotions and achievements.
But the best part are the amazing thinlits, that allow you to cut out the great pop-up element for your cards - so fun and easy to make!
Gonna be making some more of these for the grandkiddos! Below is a set of 3x3" notecards we made with the Sending Love bundle - just perfect for Valentines day - it also has some great thinlits that cut out the little envelope on the first card as well as the hearts, notes and arrows. Plus check out that little wood heart element.
So the day was great - and I'm so excited to work with these new products. If you want to be able to get your items from this catalog early -consider joining my Team! Contact me now for all the benefits of SU! and being a Crazy Stamping Lady! Below is our group that attended the event - it was great being with these awesome women. I'm looking forward to the next OnStage event next April!! Join me and you could join us there! ~Maureen
Thought I'd start out by showing you my OnStage Day gifts for my Downline attending - it included a Sweet Treat for the day - as well as a package of linen thread for their pillow gift! It was so much fun making these little treats for them!
We all started the day with check in, and getting this adorable tote bag to keep all of our goodies in.Throughout the day there were a lot of recognitions - here are two of my newest Team members getting recognized for promotions and achievements.

OnStage Stampin' Up! Day 2 - Friday - Team Gifts and Centre Stage
So last Friday was an amazing day down in Phoenix as members of my TEAM and I got ready for Saturday's OnStage event. We started the day with some encouragement and training on how those of us who would like to, could achieve the Alaskan Cruise for next year. After that we did a few make and takes - which I'll post soon. Here are the TEAM gifts for Friday - A Llama cookie pouch, asst'd 6x6 holiday DSP, and a cute little notebook and pen - which - in a perfect world, would have been decorated - lol!
After all that we had a great time playing the "cello ball" game (courtesy of Pinterest) - to win candy and SU! prizes. The lighting is not great due to it being in our hotel room - but the laughter and craziness abounded!
They treated us to a wonderful dinner - but, of course, I only took a picture of dessert :)
And finally - everyone attending this special event received this beautiful handbag - I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. So honored to be part of such an amazing, creative company, that treats us in such special ways.
See you all soon - for more creative fun and ideas! ~Maureen

Here's Michelle encouraging Virginia as she tries to unroll the cello ball with her mitts on in hopes of prizes. Sarah is rolling the dice hoping for a double!! |
After all of that a group of us went to lunch at Alice Cooper'stown Restaurant. Jean had earlier shared that one of the Facebook quizzes we all take - showed Alice Cooper as her soulmate. So we had to go visit. Now she'll have this great picture of she and her soulmate to remember him by!
The night ended with an amazing time for me at the CentreStage event put on by Stampin' Up! to honor all of us who have achieved the title of Silver Elite or above. I was very proud to be an achiever in Sales, Leadership and Recruiting; and very humbled to be with such a great group of amazing women there. They treated us to a wonderful dinner - but, of course, I only took a picture of dessert :)

OnStage Stampin' Up! Day 1 - Thursday - TEAM gifts!
Just got back home from Phoenix yesterday and Stampin' Up's Semi-annual OnStage event. It was absolutely great! Our TEAM met for dinner at the Rose and Crown Pub on Thursday - for those of us who could get there by then. It was my first time eating Poutine - and it was AMAZING! It was just a really nice time to get together and kick off a fun weekend. Here are my Team gifts for those who made it - a spool of sparkly ribbon (the got to choose silver or Sweet Sugarplum) and a cute little popcorn box filled with yummy Cracker Jack's!
These little popcorn boxes are adorable - but tiny - the bags just fit a box of Cracker Jack's. I guess that size is better when you go to fill them with a little treat, and they are just so cute. They measure 3 1/2" tall and about 2" wide. Would be cute for a table favor at Thanksgiving!
So think about how you could use these in your home or business! Need ideas - just let me know and I'd be glad to help you.
Or if you're not creative and just want some - I'll make them up for you. Contact me for a price quote. See you soon with more OnStage Fun!! ~Maureen

Flowers and Flourishes - Card Class 1
We made this beautiful card as one of our 2 designs at my October Cards class - and I just love it. It just seems to have a lot of fun character going on. The angled designer series paper. The flutter of speckles. That pretty lacy edge -and we can't forget that little bee.
Below you can see how we added a little flower and speckles to the envelope also. And on this card - I placed the bee lower (most likely covering a mistake - lol).
The set is called Touches of Texture and has a ton of great elements you can add to your cards for impact. These would be able to be used for a lot of different occasions - but we made ours into birthday cards.
I'm off to the Stampin' Up! demonstrator OnStage Fall Convention in Phoenix. So stay tuned for more fun to come!! ~Maureen
